As someone with lived experience in disability and neurodivergence I am always open about both the challenges and the strengths that come with this identity. My sessions can be provided online and can be done as a sole speaker or as part of a panel.

Disability Awareness Training
This training takes the attendees through the definition of disability and neurodiversity, what disability looks like, the medical and social models of disabilities and demonstrates how prevalent disability really is in our society. The training explores ableism and toxic positivity, and how attendees can start their allyship journey with some Do’s and Don’t’s.
Price: 450 chf speaker fee, plus any travel expenses if in person.
This training pairs well with the Demystifying Disability: Ask Me Anything session, which can be connected at the end. A discount can be given for booking both sessions at the same time for a combined price of 650 CHF.
ERG Strategy Session
Employee resource groups hold more insight about company culture than most engagement surveys, yet getting on the company agenda to make real impact is increasingly difficult. One reason for this is that leadership do not understand the true value and return on investment of ERG’s, because ERG’s and leadership are not talking the same language.
Price: Can vary depending on the maturity of the ERG and how much prep work is required, and how long the strategy session is. However my general fee is 100 CHF per hour for prep and 150 CHF per hour for session work, plus any travel expenses
Disability & Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Designed for managers to help them support staff members in the workplace.
It can be difficult for staff members to know how to handle their disability and / or neurodiversity in the workplace, especially if those disabilities are non-apparent. It can be equally difficult for managers to know how to navigate the space when staff do disclose to them. What is the right way to handle a disclosure? When does support become micro-managing? How do you know what accommodations are reasonable?
This workshop explains some of the concepts that managers might not be familiar with around the disabled and neurodivergent space, and uses interactive role play to help them grow their confidence in successfully nurturing disabled talent.
Price: In person sessions only.
Minimum session time 60 mins - 400 chf plus any travel expenses.
Full session time 2.5 hours - 650 chf plus any travel expenses.
