About Me

With a background in psychology I have always been fascinated by the human mind and how it works, gaining a BA (Hons) and MSc. I have always resolved to enrich the cultures of the companies that I have worked at, knowing that happy minds make better work places. 11 years ago I moved to Switzerland from the UK and was able to grow my thinking in this space even further, nurturing my core values of empathy and helping others through supporting charity efforts and under-represented groups.

I have spent the last 11 years within the tech industry, which has given me a solid understanding of the specific stressors and demands that those in this industry face, as I have experienced them as well. From burnout and impostor syndrome to work-life balance difficulties, experiencing these challenges and seeing others experience them shaped my decision to become a coach. I am now committed to providing a safe space for individuals to explore and set up practical plans to overcome these challenges.

As a long term disability advocate, as well as someone who has lived experience in disability and neurodivergence, I am also aware of how difficult the challenges can be in dealing with part of your identity as well. From diagnosis, to masking, the decision to share your truth with friends, family or colleagues, seeking accommodations or just the day to day experiences of living with a disability or neurodiversity in a world that does not easily accommodate you. For these reasons I have undertaken training to specialise in ADHD management and burnout prevention, as well as chronic pain management. I also coach on supporting disability and neurodivergence confidence in the workplace for both individuals and managers.
