Unlock Your True Potential with Online Coaching
Get accessible and personalised online coaching from the comfort of your home. Because it’s a part of who we are, being disabled, neurodivergent, or having a chronic medical condition can influence the way you think, behave, and respond to the world. Since the world is not always set up to be accessible, disabilities and neurodivergent challenges can impact daily life, relationships, and the workplace. Coaching can support you in managing these challenges in a way that feels authentic and true to yourself.
How I can help
I offer online coaching to anybody who wants support in taking control of the challenges in their life. From relationship communications to career decisions. However, under-represented groups such as those who are disabled or neurodivergent can often struggle with these challenges even more, as they are working in a world that has not been set up to be accessible for them. For this reason I work particularly with the following specialisations to help support these individuals, whether they have a diagnoses or no.

ADHD Management
Effective ADHD management often involves a combination of strategies. I work together with you to develop a tailor made strategy that works with your brain, not against it. In this way we can help you focus on the areas that you are finding the most challenging to help promote positive changes to help you lead a fulfilling life.

Stress & Burnout Prevention
In today's hectic world it's easy to be overwhelmed by stressors. To prevent stress and burnout, it's crucial to proactively manage your stress, prioritise self-care, and establish healthy boundaries, both in your personal life and in the workplace. I work with my clients to recognise the early signs of stress and learn healthy coping mechanisms to diminish that stress going forward.

Chronic Pain Management
Around 1.5 million people in Switzerland are affected by chronic pain with approx. 35% experiencing pain on a daily basis. For most sufferers, their problems are not new, yet there is little support on how to manage their pain day to day. I work with my clients to develop tailor made strategies to help them lead lives where pain is not their main focus.

Managing disability and neurodiversity in the workplace
It can be very difficult to know how to handle your disability and / or neurodiversity in the workplace, especially if they are non-apparent. Should you seek accommodations? How do you share your narrative? I work with clients on building their inner disability confidence so that they feel better prepared to handle workplace interactions surrounding their disabilities and neurodivergent traits/conditions, and recognise that they are not defined by the perception of others.
